Put Navi on a schedule

Every Monday you pull the same numbers into the same report. Every morning you check whether a competitor moved, a page slipped, or a price changed. Most days there is nothing to find, and you still have to look. An automation hands that loop to Navi. It runs on a schedule while you are away and speaks up only when something needs you. Say it once in chat, review what Navi sets up, and it is on the calendar.

What Navi can do on a schedule

An automation is a Navi run you set up once. Every time it fires, Navi does what you would do at your desk, without the desk.

  • Read your connected tools. Search Console, analytics, ads, and the rest of your stack, pulled fresh on every run.
  • Decide what matters. Navi looks at what it finds and judges whether a ranking move, a new competitor, or a price change is worth your time.
  • Write it up. The Monday summary, the list of new mentions, a short note on what moved and why it matters.
  • Line up the follow-up. When something needs doing, Navi creates the task: one for you if you have to act, or one for itself to pick up now or on a due date.

You stay in charge of changes. Anything that would change your store or site follows the approval rules you have set, and when a run finds something to fix, Navi can hand it to you as a task.

Set up in one message

There is no builder to learn. Tell Navi what you want in the chat you already have open: “Send me this performance summary every Monday morning.” Navi drafts the whole automation: a name, a schedule in plain language, what each run does, and how you want to hear about it.

Review the draft and accept it. Want an email instead of a notification, or Thursday instead of Monday? Say so, and Navi updates the draft and waits for your approval.

Navi also notices recurring work on its own. Ask for the same report twice, or say you want to keep an eye on something, and it offers to automate it. It checks your existing automations first, so you do not end up with duplicates.

Want to test it first? Press Run now and watch the first run happen. Every run is listed in run history, and you can pause, edit, or delete the automation whenever you want.

Navi reaches out when it matters

A scheduled run is not a chat. Nobody is watching it live, so at the end of each run Navi decides whether you need to know, and how to tell you.

Morning monitoring check

A page moved in search. Worth a look.

  • A notification in Serpier. It lands in your app when a run finds something worth acting on.
  • Email, the findings arrive in your inbox.
  • Slack, Navi can message you directly or post in a channel.
  • A task. When you have to do something, Navi creates a task assigned to you. If a similar task is already open, it updates that one instead of piling up copies.

When there is nothing to report, Navi stays quiet. No empty digest, no all-clear message. Every run still shows up in run history, so you can see that it ran.

Put your first task on a schedule

You already know the loop. Say it once in chat, accept the card, and Navi runs it while you are away. The first one takes a minute.
