Links as a Service alternative: Serpier and Links as a Service compared

Serpier makes this page. Every fact about Links as a Service comes from Links as a Service's own website, and the facts on this page were last checked on . Sources are listed at the end.

Serpier and Links as a Service both sell placements on other companies' websites. Links as a Service is a Danish marketplace founded in 2026 that also sells a managed account. Serpier is also a marketplace, and it also tracks how AI assistants mention your brand.

Pick Serpier if you want to track AI visibility in the same account as your placements. Stay with Links as a Service if you want a dedicated account manager at a stated price per website, or a stated cap on the margin it adds.

As of 28 October 2026, Links as a Service Managed Account costs $115 a month for each website. Serpier charges per placement, and you can order on the free Serpier Light plan. Serpier Starter, which adds AI visibility tracking, costs €199 a month billed monthly.

Where Serpier is better

Buying a link is one step. Serpier also suggests which step to take next, and does it once you approve.

  1. Navi, Serpier's AI agent, reads your website, SEO performance, AI visibility and link monitoring, and suggests what to do next, each with why it is there: for example ordering a placement from a shortlist of publishers to work on a keyword sitting just off page one, or fixing robots.txt, llms.txt, the sitemap or meta tags.
  2. You click Hand over to Navi or I'll do it myself.
  3. Navi does the work, and you approve before anything is bought or changed. As your rankings, AI visibility and links change, new suggestions keep coming.

Links as a Service does not state whether it suggests next steps or whether it has a task board with an AI agent that can take tasks.

  • Serpier tracks AI visibility and sells placements in one account. Serpier Starter, Serpier Growth and Serpier Enterprise track visibility score, share of voice, rank, sentiment and cited sources. Links as a Service does not state whether it measures AI visibility.
  • Serpier states what it checks after a placement is live. Yes: Serpier's Publication Tracker checks that each link stays live, indexed and as ordered. Links as a Service does not state checks after publishing.
  • Serpier states its catalog: 200,000 media agreements, with a free account showing every price for your project. Links as a Service does not state publishers.
  • Serpier's MCP server can search the Marketplace, change the cart and place an order, and Claude connects on any Serpier plan. Links as a Service does not state whether you can order from an AI assistant through MCP.
  • Serpier also tracks your site's SEO performance and runs scheduled automations, such as a weekly summary. Links as a Service does not state whether it tracks SEO performance or whether it runs scheduled automations.

Where Links as a Service is better

  • Links as a Service states a maximum margin of 20% of the total price you pay. Serpier states price per placement, plus monthly plans, and does not publish its markup.
  • Links as a Service sells a managed account. Links as a Service Managed Account is $115 a month for each website and includes a dedicated account manager, manual domain selection, publisher coordination and a monthly report. Serpier quotes its link plans through sales.
  • Links as a Service shows one worked price example on its pricing page: a publisher price of $154, a margin of $39 and $193 paid by the buyer. Serpier shows example prices too: UK media from €13, and half cost under €400.

Independent price study

Matti Kris Ljungberg compared list prices per link, in Danish kroner, from five Danish link providers, Links as a Service and Serpier among them, on the domains each pair both sells. List prices only: discounts agreed with a provider are not included. It is the one source on this page that is not the companies' own websites, so its figures are kept apart from the fact table.

  • On the 2,643 Danish domains both sell, Serpier's list price is lower on 56 % and Links as a Service's on 44 %. Buying all of them at Links as a Service costs 2 % less than at Serpier.
  • Links as a Service is cheaper on the strongest domains: it has the lower price on 90 % of the shared domains rated DR 70 or more and 84 % of those rated DR 60 to 70. Serpier is cheaper on 79 % of those rated DR 50 to 60.
  • On the 683 domains all five providers sell, the median list price is 2,328 kr at Links as a Service and 2,155 kr at Serpier.

Method and what each row means

We read each company's own website: its pricing page, docs, help center, terms and announcements. Review sites, directories and articles about a company are never a source. Every value links to its source, with the date we checked it. Serpier's facts follow the same rule and come from Serpier's own website. The one exception is the independent price study by Matti Kris Ljungberg, shown in its own section and never in the fact table.

Prices are per month and exclude VAT, in the currency the company publishes. A price in another currency is also shown in EUR, at the ECB reference rate of 26 October 2026. Some companies show other prices or currencies depending on where the visitor is, so the page says which visitor the prices were shown to.

Each value in the table is one of these, or the number or words the company uses:

Yes:
the company's own pages say the product has it.
No:
the company's own pages say it is not offered, or a complete plan table leaves it out.
Partly:
offered with a limit, written next to the value.
Not stated:
we could not find it on the company's own pages. It does not mean No.
Not public:
the company does not publish it, for example a price behind Contact sales.
