Search Intelligence alternative: Serpier and Search Intelligence compared
Serpier makes this page. Every fact about Search Intelligence comes from Search Intelligence's own website, and the facts on this page were last checked on . Sources are listed at the end.
Search Intelligence is a digital PR agency. Search Intelligence creates the stories and pitches journalists, and you buy a campaign. Serpier is different: you pick the websites yourself in the Serpier Marketplace, and Serpier also tracks AI visibility.
Pick Serpier if you want to choose the sites, order single placements and track AI visibility in the same account. Stay with Search Intelligence if you want an agency to run a whole campaign for a fixed price with a link guarantee.
As of 28 October 2026, Search Intelligence Digital PR campaign costs £5,500 (€6,561.68) per campaign. Ordering placements in the Serpier Marketplace is free to start on the Serpier Light plan, and Serpier charges a price per placement.
Where Serpier is better
Buying a link is one step. Serpier also suggests which step to take next, and does it once you approve.
- Navi, Serpier's AI agent, reads your website, SEO performance, AI visibility and link monitoring, and suggests what to do next, each with why it is there: for example ordering a placement from a shortlist of publishers to work on a keyword sitting just off page one, or fixing robots.txt, llms.txt, the sitemap or meta tags.
- You click Hand over to Navi or I'll do it myself.
- Navi does the work, and you approve before anything is bought or changed. As your rankings, AI visibility and links change, new suggestions keep coming.
Search Intelligence does not state whether it suggests next steps or whether it has a task board with an AI agent that can take tasks.
- In the Serpier Marketplace you pick each site yourself and see Price, Domain Rating (DR), organic traffic, referring domains, relevance score, country, content language and category for each one. Serpier's Marketplace offers 200,000 media agreements. Search Intelligence states: DR is the metric quoted for placements in case studies. No publisher list or metrics table is shown.
- Serpier price points are visible per site: UK media from €13, and half cost under €400. A free Serpier account shows every price. Search Intelligence states: Partly public: one published price of £5.5K per campaign (minimum 10 links guaranteed). No per-publisher or per-link price list; detailed fees are agreed per client agreement.
- Serpier also tracks AI visibility, and AI visibility tracking is part of Serpier Starter, Serpier Growth and Serpier Enterprise. Serpier sells an AI Publication: AI Publication: an article with no links or only nofollow links, for brand mentions that AI assistants pick up. Search Intelligence does not state whether it measures AI visibility.
- Serpier's order tools also work by API and MCP: Partly for the API, and Yes for MCP. Search Intelligence does not state whether you can order by API.
- Serpier also tracks your site's SEO performance and runs scheduled automations, such as a weekly summary. Search Intelligence does not state whether it tracks SEO performance or whether it runs scheduled automations.
Where Search Intelligence is better
- Search Intelligence runs the whole campaign. Search Intelligence works as a Digital PR agency: managed campaigns of reactive PR, expert commentary and data-led studies. Search Intelligence includes the writing: Included: the agency creates the stories (original research, expert commentary, reactive pitches) and pitches journalists. No separate writing fee is stated..
- Search Intelligence guarantees delivery. The Search Intelligence guarantee reads: Delivery guarantee only: at least 10 links per campaign, and unlimited further stories free of charge until the promised links are delivered. How long a link stays live is not stated..
- Search Intelligence sells one fixed package: Fixed price per campaign (£5.5K), campaign by campaign with no long-term contracts. Not priced per link or per month.. Serpier charges a Price per placement, plus monthly plans, so a Serpier order total depends on the sites you choose.
- Search Intelligence states its scale as placements: No publisher or site count given. Scale is stated as placements: 50,000+ delivered to UK, US and global press.

Method and what each row means
We read each company's own website: its pricing page, docs, help center, terms and announcements. Review sites, directories and articles about a company are never a source. Every value links to its source, with the date we checked it. Serpier's facts follow the same rule and come from Serpier's own website.
Plans sold by the month show a price a month. A price for something bought by the item or once shows its unit, for example per article or one-off, and is never turned into a monthly price. Prices exclude VAT, in the currency the company publishes. A price in another currency is also shown in EUR, at the ECB reference rate of 26 October 2026. Some companies show other prices or currencies depending on where the visitor is, so the page says which visitor the prices were shown to.
Each value in the table is one of these, or the number or words the company uses:
- Yes:
- the company's own pages say the product has it.
- No:
- the company's own pages say it is not offered, or a complete plan table leaves it out.
- Partly:
- offered with a limit, written next to the value.
- Not stated:
- we could not find it on the company's own pages. It does not mean No.
- Not public:
- the company does not publish it, for example a price behind Contact sales.
What each row means
- What it does:
- What the product does in one sentence, based on the company's own website.
- How you buy:
- Whether it is a self-serve marketplace, a managed service, a digital PR agency or a mix.
- Publishers:
- How many publishers or sites the vendor says it offers, with its main markets and languages.
- Prices visible without an account:
- Whether you can see what each publisher costs before you sign up.
- How the vendor charges:
- How the vendor says it earns money: a markup or commission on the publisher's price, a subscription or a fixed price per link.
- Published prices:
- Prices the vendor publishes, for example a price per link at a given domain rating, with the plan or tier.
- Minimum order:
- The smallest deposit or order the vendor accepts.
- Article writing:
- Whether writing the article is included, costs extra and how much, or is left to you.
- Time to publish:
- How long the vendor says it takes to publish.
- Link guarantee:
- How long a link is guaranteed and what happens if it disappears, such as a replacement or a refund.
- Checks after publishing:
- Whether the vendor checks after publishing that a link stays live, indexed and unchanged.
- Publisher metrics shown:
- Which publisher metrics you see before you buy, such as Domain Rating, Domain Authority or traffic.
- Measures AI visibility:
- Whether the product measures how often AI answers mention your brand.

- Order from an AI assistant (MCP):
- Whether you can order from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through an MCP server.
- Refunds:
- The vendor's refund policy in one line.
- SEO performance tracking:
- Whether the product tracks your own website in search: rankings, clicks, or keywords close to page one.
- Suggested next steps:
- Whether the product suggests what to do next for your site, rankings, links or AI visibility.
- Task board and AI agent:
- Whether you can track the work in the product and hand tasks to an AI agent that does them, with your approval.
